8mbers Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 8mbers online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "8mbers") and the user of the platform ("user", "you"). These terms apply in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the 8mbers platform, you consent to abide by all provisions of these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.2 Registration Process

During account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If false or misleading information is provided, 8mbers reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account.

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of all accounts.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

8mbers is a platform operated for the Bangladesh market. If you are located in a country or region where online gaming is completely illegal, the responsibility to refrain from using the platform rests entirely with you.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your 8mbers account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your account details with any third party. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3.2 Account Verification

To keep your account active and access withdrawal features, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. If the required documents are not provided, 8mbers reserves the right to place transactions on hold.

3.3 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. It is recommended that you withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the 8mbers platform:

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds are expected to appear in your account immediately, though minor delays may occur due to technical reasons.

4.2 Withdrawal

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from your account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• After a withdrawal request is approved, funds generally reach your account within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Only a payment account registered in the user's own name may be used for withdrawals.
• If account verification has not been completed, withdrawal requests may not be processed.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 8mbers platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is possible only after the specified wagering requirements are met.
• If any fraudulent activity related to a bonus is detected, 8mbers reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 8mbers reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The 8mbers VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with weekly cashback and other benefits. The criteria for VIP tier changes are at 8mbers' discretion and may change at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

8mbers is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The game software used on the platform is developed by recognised third-party providers, and results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or other technical issue, 8mbers will take reasonable steps to determine the result of that round. However, 8mbers will not be held liable for any loss suffered by the user in such circumstances.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are final. In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, 8mbers' system logs will be considered the definitive evidence.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8mbers platform:

• Participation in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities or technical flaws in the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
• Hacking or DDoS attacks with the intent to disrupt platform services.
• Misconduct, threats, or harassment toward other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

8 Responsible Gaming

Under no circumstances will 8mbers accept liability for indirect loss arising from a user being deprived of actual or anticipated gains.

11 Changes to Terms
